Honey, Onion and Garlic Syrup: combine honey and water (a half cup of each). Add a whole chopped onion and chopped garlic clove. Add a pinch of oregano, thyme and sage and steep overnight at room temperature. Strain it in the morning and use the liquid as a cough syrup. Keep it in your refrigerator til it's gone.
