If you have a trip to the beach lined up for this weekend, and you need a little "tweaking," here are some quick suggestions from Yahoo

 

  1. Cut out the sodium

  2. ...and alcohol

  3. Avoid carbs

  4. Water, water, water

  5. Go raw (veggies, fruits)

  6. Go to the gym

  7. Take a probiotic

  8. Try arnica (tones down puffiness)

  9. Make sure your bikini line is bikini-ready, too

  10. Banish bruises and other marks with a spray tan

  11. Sleep

  12. Drop down and give me 20 (or try some planks)

  13. Stand up straight

  14. Be confident!
